Learners in Elm Class at Rowan School marked the end of a successful half term with a special Good to be Green Reward Day, celebrating their hard work, positive behaviour, and commitment to learning.
Throughout the half term, Elm Class has produced outstanding work and demonstrated consistent effort across their lessons. To recognise these achievements, learners enjoyed a carefully planned reward day filled with relaxing and enjoyable activities.
The morning began with mindful colouring while watching Frozen, creating a calm and positive atmosphere in the classroom. This was followed by a special celebratory lunch, where learners enthusiastically shared their favourite McDonald’s meals and desserts, making the occasion even more memorable.
Principal Snita Verma praised the learners for their dedication:
“We are incredibly proud of Elm Class and the progress they have made this half term. Our Good to be Green initiative recognises not only academic effort, but also positive attitudes, resilience, and respect for others. It was wonderful to see the learners enjoying their reward together, they truly earned it.”
The Good to be Green reward system forms part of Rowan School’s commitment to promoting positive behaviour, motivation, and a strong sense of achievement across the school community.
Well done, Elm Class, a fantastic half term and a well-deserved celebration.
